This looks like an equal matchup, and more like a enormous war on paper. They will fight for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific Minimumweight Title. Taniguchi lost both his title bouts vs Koura and Konishi last year via decision, both could have gone the other way with him taking the title tbh. He put up some weight after losing to Koura and fought at Flyweight (112 lb) vs Prajuabsook (debutant) / at light Flyweight (108 lb) vs Taday. So now back to the Minimumweight for the fight vs Taduran. Taduran is looking like a very decent southpaw Filipino prospect with huge power. He also fought at higher weight (Flyweight & light Flyweight) in the past and he only lost once, via split decision to Joel Lino two years ago. Both should be equal physically, i think Taduran has more power and a higher working rate. I don't know if it's an upset but i think Taduran has a great chance to win this. Looking really forward to the event because we will see three really good bouts.
USTV will boycott it, just like they are boycotting Usyk Vs. Gassiev a fight everyone wants to see...............
