Disapointing, he should have been a clean 240.

I'm not Brookly, but I would say 230-235 for both men. More on the 235 side. Certainly no more than 240.

A lot of people were hoping Sam would be up to ten lbs lighter, Oleg's fans were probably hoping for even more.

No Offense taken, you could very well be right (I hope not though).

Peter, because he's the younger fighter and hasn't been hit with injuries and quite the same amount of inactivity as Maskaev.

    Who are you taking?

I know there has been plenty of African's that have fought their way out of Africa and have adjusted well to life outside of the third world. But I'd imagine that for many of them its hard for them to stay hungry once they get enough money to survive in the outside world. Cause to them it might be like they've already won. Also they're not accustomed to the material world. It would be very easy for them to get distracted by all the different things you can have and in the process go soft. I'd worry that that might be happening to Sam Peter.

I can see next week's headlines:

peter should still win based on being the younger and stronger man as well as being more active of the two and quicker at this stage, but should we forget the idea of a possible ko now that we have peter's weight?:huh

This fight will not go the distance, if it does, Peter is not the fighter I thought he was. He's coming into this fight looking for a early knockout, he knows nows the time to make a big statement, if gets that brutal knockout he and I are predicting, there will be confusion to who the real champ in the division truly is, considering Chagaev and Wlad's last matches not turning out so well for them.
