Those are good weights for them. Dont forget Peter has been weighing like 265 lately.

 

I see peter getting ko'ed by the straighter punching maskaev, for crying outloud mcline floored him three times.

 

Peter will have no problem with his stamina at 250 pounds...if he loses this will be no excuse.

 

atsch VLAD already pounded him and koed the guy just almost pounded him ! Koing OLEG will cause no confusion as to who the champ is !:hi: Its VLAD !

 

So what excuse does that leave Nigerian Daydream Believers with? :think

 

Koing Maskaev in 10 seconds is not going to make him a real champ of the division for several reasons:

1. Most important Wlad already beat him and quite handily at that.
2. Oleg has already been koed many times by guys like Whitaker and Sanders
3. Oleg is old and has been inactive for a long time
4. Wlad beat another title holder and a tough opponent Sultan Ibragimov in a unification bout which was boring but Wlad dominated nevertheless.
5. Its still not going to erase his terrible performance against JAmeel Mccline

 

I see Peter coming out, trying to make a statement...going for an early KO.
I see Peter punching huge holes in the air before getting tagged by Maskaev.
I don´t think Oleg will stop Peter, but he might still have enough pop in the right hand to keep Peter at bay and box him to a UD.

Peter does not have to worry about anything, he is depending on Don King's influence. Oleg has to knock Peter out to win, Don King's judges will never allow him to win a decision. All Peter has to do is remain standing at the end of the fight, he does not even have to try, just keep away, play it safe, the judges have already filled out their cards for Peter. Peter has been given everything on a silver platter. The WBC has already declared Peter the winner, but shouldn't we have the fight first? If Peter loses, they will have made his belt for nothing. Whatever, the winner is only temporary, Vitali will knock the winner out. Don King will do everything he can to keep Peter away from Vitali or Vlad. Peter vs. Christy Martin anyone?
