Those rankings from fightnews aren't correct, that would be a bit too lunatic even for the ABC's. THE WBC hasn't updated their rankings yet, they still have Maskaev as champion. That's the current WBO HW ranking, Ibragimov on 5 and Maskaev on 6. Fightnews just changes the titleholder, but don't have the recent rankings yet. If you go to their websites, the WBO, WBA and IBF have recently updated rankings. Ibragimov is ranked #5 now by the WBO. The WBC is slow to change their website's rankings sometimes, they still have Maskaev as champion.
The WBC are the biggest jokes out of any of the alphabets by far. If my memory serves me correctly when Corrie Sanders vacated the WBO title to fight Vitali they automatically made him the number one contender then when he lost.. BAM.. he's nowhere in sight.
