Ditto. Oleg has risen from the dead a couple of times, and I respect him for what he has accomplished, but I think this is where it ends.

But like Brooklyn says, anything can happen in boxing. Oleg's resurgence is a true example of that.

It'll be really shocking if Maskaev wins, REALLY shocking. My pick is Peter by KO and early, Maskaev is old and doesn't have the speed nor the stamina. If he gets caught early then he's out and if it goes the distance then he'll be way too tired to do much and will get KO'd regardless.

I agree with your post. Don't count Big O out just yet.

Not just stick his head out there, he has to also hold still while Peter winds up.

think Maskaev has a good chance. Peter still doesnt impress me. Most impressive win was over Jeremy Williams. Maskaev has been ko'd before but I think he can pull it out. Take Peter into deep water and Maskaev's chances go up. Betting on him to do it. Vitaly Klitschko will ko Peter in brutal fashion.

I agree. I really need to see Peter's weight before making a determination. I was hoping somebody from Vegas on this board would give us a hint about Peter's shape.

Maskaev will come prepared and with a game plan. No idea how Peter will come in, if he comes in lazy and fat and thinks that he will win just by turning up, I think he will lose a lopsided UD

+1. He's been KO'ed by worse hitters than Peter when he was younger. He is going down. I don't think he's outboxing Peter, either.

As long as he stays under 250 hes in good shape. The best weight for him i think is 242-245. I dont think he could go under 240. But even ehn hhe comes in over 250 i would still pick him o win against Maskaev but still that wont do him any good if he wants to pove hes the best heavyweight out there.
