which world class glass jawed warrior would have been the victim of a hilarious ko in a third fight? much can be said of both guys glass shattering power and shattering jaws. would Rahman finally crack that mystery or would Maskaev come out winner again after ten plus rounds of action packed boxing? i would have to lean towards Rahman. evenly matched, third time is a charm.
When I first saw this thread I feared this might be in the cards. Rahman was the more complete (and accomplished) fighter, but Maskaev seemed to have his number. I'll take Maskaev by late KO.
Same Hey, could've been. Coetzee fought Barkely at an age when they both needed zimmer frames to make it to the ring.
My boy Rahman couldn’t figure him out. He’s dominating the first fight but gases and gets KTFO The second fight is nearly dead even and he gases again One thing I never got, was that Rahman would land flush on this guy and couldn’t put him to bed
