    Hello
I want to ask you for advice regarding the set weight. I have been boxing for 2 years, but my weight is just 68 kg, height 1.8 m.
Tried carbohydrate diet, protein diet, eat constantly, but the weight remains the same.
I do not aspire to professional sports, I'm not interested. I love boxing and I want to win the ring. But high growth and low weight complicate it.
Then I thought, maybe it's worth to use steroids? How do you think? Now everywhere is full of different shops advertising. steroids.com or iroids.com or thepharmacom.com.
I would like to know your opinion. And tell me what kind of cycle approach to the beginner.
    Thank you

    Is this a troll thread????

68kg and 1.8m is perfect for the welterweight division.

I take it you want to gain weight? If that is the case you don't consume enough calories, simple as that.

Is it weight you want to gain or solid muscle? Fat will just smooth you out and give you a soft belly. If you want to gain muscle go on a very concentrated bulk up program with weights. You may be one of those people who are not genetically gifted in the muscle building department. If that is the case, so be it, make the most of your metabolism and come in ripped with a six pack. The girls will like you better anyway

According to studies, girls like a soft pudgy stomach instead of ripped. Go figure.
