    LOS ANGELES, CA (December 10, 2008) The Espinoza Boxing Club closes out a terrific 2008 as boxing fans in Southern California have another opportunity to see four of their outstanding young undefeated prospects.

    In action on Thursday night at the Marriott Hotel in Irvine at Roy Englebrecht’s Battle in the Ballroom series will be lightweight Luis Ramos along with super featherweights Abraham Lopez and Ronny Rios. On Friday night, lightweight Carlos Molina will return to the ring at the Top Rank promoted SOLO BOXEO televised card from the Alameda Swap Meet in Los Angeles.

    The 19 year old Ramos, 8-0 (5KO’s), will square off against San Antonio native, Justo Vallecillo, 5-7-0 (2KO’s), in a six round bout. The all action Ramos has been the talk of the Southern California boxing scene since making his pro debut in October of last year.

    Former amateur standout Rios, 1-0 (1KO), turned professional in October with a crushing first round knockout of Fermin Perez at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario. Thursday night he will square off against Carlos Luque, 0-1, of Tucson, Arizona a scheduled four rounder.

    Also in action on Thursday in Irvine, 21 year old Abraham Lopez, 4-0 (3KO’s), faces Moreno Valley’s Alvaro Muro, 6-11 (5KO’s), in a six round bout.

    On Friday night, Commerce City’s Carlos Molina, 5-0 (2KO’s), will face Miami’s Genier Pit, 1-0-1 (1KO), in a six round bout at the Alameda Swap Meet.

    The event is headlined by two outstanding bouts, flyweight Brian Viloria vs. Benji Garcia, and super featherweight Urbano Antillon vs. Juan Ramon Cruz, both ten rounders.

    The Alameda Swapmeet is located at 4501 South Alameda in Los Angeles. Doors open at 3:00 pm and first bell is 4:15. Tickets are priced at $75, $50 and $25.
