I have to say I was really impressed with him. Throwing a lead leaping left hook from his hip is not something you expect a 6'6'' beast to be able to do. Very fluid boxing skills displayed. I really liked what I saw. And from a guy that has been so robotic earlier in his career. That really made me impressed by what I saw.

 

If Wlad was the Roger Federer he's have a chin and better stamina. Lennox Lewis is and Joe Louis are the Roger Federer and Pete Samprass of Heavyweight boxing.

Federer has achieved things in tennis that no-one else has and he's the undisputed No1 ATG in his sport while he's still active. Wlad is nothing like him atsch He's also active at the same time as another ATG in Nadal and still managed to win a record amount of grand slams. Is there no end to this Klittardedness?

And since when did any 'master technician' in boxing only know how to throw three punches and possess no inside game?

 

Where did he say Wlad was the ATG he didn't. The comparison is how relaxed, both make it look easy and are very good sportsman.

The hatred for what 'gobblock' said is complete lunacy when he is making a very astute comparison.

 

Fed makes it look easy against the very best in his sport, and Wlad should be relaxed considering the level of competition he faces. There's no comparison between the two on any level except that he also likes to make lame excuses for his losses. Federer is different class.

Thank you. Nowhere did I say Wlad is the GOAT. I don't even care for such a claim centered on anyone in boxing where there are myriad weight divisions. The parallels are clearly there in several other ways, which I listed. Wladimir Klitschko is the Roger Federer of boxing. Deal with it.

To the Brittroll suggesting Wlad doesn't make it look easy, now it's evident you aren't even watching the fights you hate on him for. No one has an easier time except maybe Floyd (with the recent exception of the Cotto fight).

P.S.: Federer has a 10-18 losing record versus Nadal, 2-6 in Grand Slam finals. Someone said Wlad hasn't fought any ATGs. Imagine if he had and had a losing record against one: it'd be used by the haters against him, whereas Federer's losing record against Nadal is being championed here and doesn't disqualify him as the tennis GOAT. I believe Federer is the GOAT, but it's funny how hate works here.

It was very good showing from Wlad, this is what i want to see him do he has the abillity to do it every time but his mentality often makes him boring.
Part of this is Wach quality that allowed him to be so open, i just hope Wlad continues like this fighting offensive!!!

 

It's part of what makes him near unbeatable, too (as well as the painfully below-average competition he's up against). He can't afford to fight offensive too often, because he knows he'll compensate his stamina and defence for it. With his chin, as we saw the other night, he can't afford to do that.
