    Btw, I pick Pavlik to win this probably by UD, or even late stoppage.

    Nobody will ever KO Bhops . . . or win impressively against him. Not unless somebody lands a solid one punch right on the button.

    His especialty now . . . is making opponents look bad . . . not necessarily winning.

    We need some quotes from these guys. But really, KP does his talking with his fists! So I guess all is well in Youngstown.

    im still taking pavlik on pts. maybe kelly will take a little off on his punches to compensate but he's far more active, aggressive and younger than Hopkins.
    Bernard could knock him down but he can't finish pavlik imo. When Calzaghe was dropped, Hopkins didn't press the action. Could be an ugly fight if Hopkins does his Waldo impersonation once again :yep :yep

    Yep.

    He's so hard to look good against. He was always one of my favourites but I have to say it - he has become the new Ruiz. The difference is that he does still counterpunch extremely well, but the majority of the time he either stands back & just throws feints, or bulls in aiming to land one punch then hold.

    well the only thing is pav punches not slaps and he doesnt run out of gas so when hops tires out pav gonna knock him out

    Pavlik said today to reporters:
    "He's never been stopped. How good of a chin does he have? ...what happens when he does get hit flush? It's definitely not out of the question for a late round stoppage or a quick knockout."

    Hopkins said:
    "Kelly Pavlik is the perfect opponent for me because he comes forward, he comes to fight and he wants to knock Bernard Hopkins out.At least that's what he says....if Kelly Pavlik thinks he's gonna beat Bernard Hopkins because he has a right hand, he's a damn fool."
