Pavlik will win. Hopkins will make him look bad at times but Pavlik's pressure, stamina and strength will be too much

 

All the doubters are in full force again. Once the old man Hopkins feels those bombs that pavlik throws its lights out. No way that old man is going to take the punishment pavlik is going to give him. This wont go past 7 rounds.

 

After B-hop and IF, (BIG IF) the Calzaghe fights goes off, Kelly can call himself the legend killer.

I still don't believe Kelly v Cal will happen. B-hop was a total surprise.

Yeah. I was hoping Winky would come to his senses when he saw the fight slipping away. But what the heck, even Kelly was surprised so we can cut you some slack on this one I guess.

 

Kelly was preparing for PW not more than a week ago.

 

Hopkins just whooped Joe C.'s ass I guess he'll have to give one to KP. I like Pav, but I see this one being a B-Hop decision.

 

Hopkins by decision or stoppage in a snoozer ... he makes Pavlik fight his fight ... and there's nothing that Lowe can do about it.

 

i think hopkins has the skill to outbox pavlik, so if rjj does what he needs to then hopkins gets his rematch against rjj, and all i'm going to say is i can't wait for the press conference and the countdown show.

 

If Kelly fights a methodical fight and has B-hop come to him versus chasing him around the ring, Kelly will land and KO him.

 

Hopkins won't come to Pavlik unless Pavlik shows hurt ... even then he's just going to come in w/ one right hand at a time.

Pavlik hasn't shown any defense for the right hand ... letting Lockett land a flush right hand on him a couple of times.

I think Pavlik said he got careless in the first round and got hit once. I'll accept his account of the count.

 

Hopkins is crazy for taking this fight, but if he can rewind the clock and have one good night this is winnable for B Hop.
and I will tell you how and why~

Hopkins is a very well schooled Dirty in fighter, and in Both Pavlik Taylor fights, on the insided Taylor had the advantage when he would let his hands go in combonations the fight on the outside is where Pavlik is most dangerous.
and if Hopkins can keep the fight close and work on the inside, and stay clear of Pavlik when he is on the outside he will be able to beat Kelly.
This is not a hate response its just the way I view it, but at his advanced age, and the way he did not want to exchange with Calzaghe one has to wonder if he can still do it, to me I doubt he will be able to do it with Kelly but as they say in boxing every great fighter has one great fight left in him, and Hopkins just might you never know.
but here is the question if Hopkins gets Kelly in trouble does he let him off the hook the way he did with Joe?
