    You went very well in the spar. I must watch what I say to you in future in case Mark puts us in the ring together

    Haha, no probs, ive been training with mark and I felt great in there,funny thing is the guy i was sparring against was recording it, he admitted he was hoping to have his way with me & wanted footage, once we finished i asked if he could send me the video.
