As all the regulars know, for me, Anderson vs Bones is the Ultimate dream match that has to happen

But most of you guys see it differently

And so i ask - who would you want to see Anderson fight and who would you want to see JBJ fight?

    GSP for Silva.

Jones has plenty of interesting fights in his own division - Evans, Henderson, Machida and down the line Davis and Gustafsson.

Bones and Silva, GSP and Silva, either of them and I'm a happy guy.

If Anderson beat GSP and then Bones though there'd be no way anyone couldn't accept him as P4P #1.

Really surprised to hear you clamouring for these matches Will. Silva would utterly wreck the cautious dodgy jawed GSP. And no one in the LHW is a threat to Jones at all. The Machida match is the most interesting, but all i see is Bones crushing him aka Shogun

Silva hasn't knocked out let alone wreck anybody who's been able to take him down and keep him there for a sustained period - Henderson, Sonnen and Lutter were all able to avoid being caught by him. All got submitted but St. Pierre's top game is better than any of those fighters and his conditioning/submission defense is superior as well. I'm not saying St. Pierre would necessarily win but its a far closer fight than Jones/Silva where the bigger guy has the wrestling edge.

And while I'd imagine Jones would indeed defeat Evans and Henderson, I don't see Silva any more of a threat due to his lack of takedown defence. Davis and Gustafsson are more interesting to me - both are big, athletic next generation fighters that could match fire with fire. They just need to develop their all round game. And Machida could potentially do very well against Silva given his illusive striking style and his strong takedown defence.

Again we've been here before. People talking about Faber-Penn before the Mike Brown fight. People demanding that Silva-GSP before the Sonnen fight. People demanding Silva-Machida before the first Shogun fight. People openly talkinga bout Silva-Shogun before the end of that fight. People demanding Aldo-Penn before the Edgar fight. Jones has had two defences against fighters that were good stylistic match ups. Let him clear out the division before we demand he move up or down.

JBJ at the moment. GSP doesn't have the confidence or the size at the moment.

Would have said that last August?

And how is GSP lacking in confidence when he dismantled Koscheck so brutally that Koscheck had to have facial surgery and nearly a year off plus comfortably outpointed in Jake Shields a two-weight champion who had been unbeaten in over five years despite being half-blind for half the fight.

Not interested in Silva vs Jones at all because of the size/stylistic match-up. It'd be a one-sided disappointment.

Would much rather see Anderson have the following fights:

    Sonnen II
    GSP
    Henderson II
    Belfort II

And would much rather see Bones have the following fights:

    Rashad
    Machida
    Rua/Henderson winner
    Davis

Then Silva should retire and Bones should go to heavyweight. :good

jon jones has too much reach, and is the best counter fighter for anderson as, jon jones has amazing wrestling skills however his chin has not been tested as of lately. It would be a good fight.

    I keep switching.

GSP was scared to be aggressive against Shields. Even against Koscheck he busted him up but he is scared to go for the finish. These guys are mortals in comparison to Silva. If he is scared to get in on him then Silva will turn his world upside down.

GSP fights like Floyd. He potshots with his strikes and even with his grappling. Eventually this style comes up stuck against someone like Silva. Just like Floyd would come up stuck if he was to face someone so big and devastating in boxing.

Jones v Machida, Machida can challenge Jones in every department. One of the hardest strikers to figure out with a great take down defence.

Silva v Rua / Hendo winner at LHW, either one is a dream match for for me.

I would like to see Silva vs Machida
    Silva vs Coulture
Gsp should keep fighting people his own size.
Jon Jones vs Silva would be great also

Silva and GSP should fight cos theyve beaten everyone in their division. Let jones do the business first before we talk about him against silva/cain
