Hearn just said in an IFL interview that he's planning a chief support for Brook-Chaves but the fighter isn't yet signed with Matrchroom. He also said its an 'international name'. Any ideas?
no idea but tbh this constant 'we are announcing a huge signing so' bs annoys me, announce it when you can announce it ffs.
Eubank Jnr, not many other 'names' that aren't signed to someone else, only other one which is highly unlikely but Tyson Fury, Hearn has said before they get on well and with him fighting on Sky sports box office it is possible but I think Eubank is more likely.
Watch the interview again, he only says international as a joke My guess is Eubank, be interesting after he said he could not work with his dad interfering
Yeah I thought he might of been joking. Couldn't see much point of him signing any non UK fighter unless it was a huge name. Hope it is Eubank Jr.
Forget what I said its obviously not Tyson Fury, but yeah he even said after, I said that just to throw the people watching off, he doesn't sign international names, strong feeling it will be Eubank.
Haha very true, there aren't many guys about in the UK that are unattached at the minute though, just Eubank and David Haye that would be seen as a big name and I cant see Haye making an appearance anytime soon.
I wouldnt be shocked if it was Andy Lee. The will the fight wont the fight happen with BJS. So maybe him and Booth will team up with Eddie. The Irish fight market is there for the taking Lee fighting in Dublin or Limerick would be huge in World title fights also a way of getting Jono Carroll a bigger following. Also brings us the chance of a Macklin v Lee or Spike fight too.
Yep, I think so too. Think the idea is for AJ to have 3 more fights this year; Cornish, Browne and then Whyte.
No way Lucas Browne. He's an Aussie, he won't sell tickets or get more TV viewers so he's practically worthless to Hearn. Probably Eubank jr.
If he's fighting on Brooks undercard I doubt it's Brown. Didn't he brake his fingers or something in his fight a couple of weeks ago?
