The talent is there not just in Matchroom/DAZN but across the board the problem is the fighters, managers, promoters and broadcasters have realised they can make good money from mismatches with well crafted hyperbole, spin and once a fighter has his name established even if they haven't beaten anyone like Connor Benn it's almost irrelevant who they fight just as long they're a 'name'.
