close fight does not = robbery

If you say a fight is a robbery, you should post your scoring for every single round to justify it!

I agree with your scoring, a close fight does not equal a robbery. Props to both for a really good fight.

I have to watch it again. But I thought Martinez won. I think he won the first round. They both KD'd each other, Martinez's KD was a quality more damaging KD. Also I remember him landing another similar solid shot in that round.

Anyone who calls it a robbery didnt score the fight. They gave Martinez the fight based on the first three rounds. Fight could've went either way.

I had it 115-114 Martinez, so yeah, it was a close fight that could have gone either way.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt in each round to williams to see if the 119-110 round could some weird way give any meaning, but I only ended with a 116-113 to Williams and my personal score 115-114 with the same rounds score like Jeff M

    Martinez: 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, 12
    Williams: 4, 5, 6, 7, 9

    115-113 Martinez

I have no problem with Williams winning, although I thought Martinez deserved the win. There were a couple close rounds that could switch things around, but the 119-110 score leaves a bad taste. Otherwise...AWESOME fight.

The one score (119-110) we all know was nuts, but the fight was not a robbery. Seems most reasonable posters accept it was a very close fight and I concur.

Not a robbery just unfortunate because Martinez was slightly better and deserved a close win. A draw would be fair because it would require an immediate rematch. Now Williams is going to avoid Martinez.

Exactly man, that judge could have had it 115-114 for PW but the people who thought Martinez clearly won would still dispute it. There were six rounds that could have gone either way. It was a rediculous score, no doubt, but that shouldn't change the perception of the scoring. I think you could have had PW ahead by 6 or Martinez by 4 and make a good argument.
