RDJ it wasnt a rhetorical question and i just did this workout and it made all my muscles burn and it worked my cardio cuz i was breathing heavy. im gunna try and do it faster and faster each time i do it.
Matt furey is a fraud, but the exercises are legit, just don't take any other advice he gives. You seem to be overworking, first of all....but the bodyweight exercises like hindu push ups, hindu squats, bridges, etc. should really help with wrestling - maybe more so than weights. Anyway, your regime sounds like too much...maybe you should not do boxing as seriously during wrestling. So, I would say incorporate some good calisthenics into your wrestling workout.

Well it all depends on how long his BJ's are. Some people finish in like 5 minutes, so it's actually very feasible.
