the fight was back on but godfrey said he thought it was off thus missing 3 days of training so won't fight.. pretty pathetic imo.

 

Godfrey pulled out of two fights with Herbie Hide the guy is a dud, i'm glad he isn't getting a title shot let him think he has a chance but him and his team have shown time and time again they have no faith in him.

 

For as **** poor as Godfrey looked against Shawn Hawk..... good for him.

That´s really bad for Cunningham. He deserves the chance to get back his title. Would love to see him in a rematch with Huck, as i can´t stand Huck. Huck´s people believe that Huck has learned his lesson and is now better than when he fought USS. I don´t think so, i believe that USS would school him again.

That's a better fight actually, but I did kind of plan my Friday night around Cunningham-Godfrey.

Soooooo, is there any card this Friday?

 

First there was the Cunningham-Godfrey and Spinks-Bundrage doubleheader which was a good ESPN card. Then the main event looked to be saved which was good. Now there are no fights this Friday. I haven't read anything from Godfrey's camp but to pull out of a title shot because you missed 2-3 days of camp is a weak excuse. You have a title shot on tv, take the fight.

Dan Rafael says that the IBF considered Godfrey as pulling out of the fight so they are going to remove him completely from their rankings. Godfrey should have taken the fight.

 

Oops Godfrey did it again.. (he already pulled out of a fight against adamek for the same belt) Good move by Ibf , they should bann him for life for this ****.
