    Well Jones is fighting Lujan in an eliminator on the Cotto undercard. Would make sense to just make that for the title.

    That's what Steve Kim was saying on twitter...Top Rank have asked the IBF to make it for the vacant title. However, Bailey has being mando for ages and has already stepped aside once :think

    Berto vacated cos HBO don't want Berto-Ortiz II instead of Berto-Bailey.
