As good as Price is are people a bit unfair for writing off Fury if they ever did fight. Fury has fought better people.

Taking Fury out of the equation, Price is horrendously overrated at the moment. It's nauseating.

 the title to this thread is quality. And i'd agree, Price is very overrated. But he'd knock fury out

This fight doesn't come down to who's fought the better opposition IMO.

Stylistically this is a bad match up for Fury,Worse fighters than Price have found Fury's chin far, far too easily, Luckily for Fury they weren't big punchers.

As far as I'm concerned it's open season on Fury's chin, and Price will land his right hand consistently. Fury can't keep winning fights with his heart.

Price is a better fighter than Fury. If you think thats overrating Price then you're probably overrating Fury.

There's one person that can't be overrated in this situation, and that's Gaz.

David Price is the greatest "prospect" of all time.

Just a matter of time Fury getting Knocked out. A bit like past Khan, inevitable.

Price is the most likely person to do it, and Fury knows it!

Fair play, maybe Price would beat Fury but just remember who is more proven. Anyway full credit to Price, just saying don't get carried away he hasn't proven that he's the UK's best yet.

Outside of Chisora and maybe Page, what Fury opponent wouldn't Skelton have a chance to TKO? :think

He'd likely TKO Power and Mrazek, IMO.

That only leaves one other man to have gone the distance with Fury. Big John. He went 10 long and nearly 9 again with the gypsy giant.

Price and Skelton both got rid of him in 1. :deal

I never quite got the Tyson Fury thing, he has a Noel Quarless/Jess Harding buzz about him.

Price undoubtedly has class, and in this division, at this time that could get him a long, long way. Price should be a whole level above Fury, but remembering the Olympics I do wonder about his chin.

Well that last guy Fury beat was unbeaten. I'm not saying Fury would beat Price, all I'm saying is people may be getting carried away with Price.
I know Price beat Fury as an amateur but only one person hit the deck and that was Price.

    Who is overrating Price, btw?

Is anyone actually calling him world level elite? Klitschko threat? Anything more than merely "top 3 UK HW"?
