Should be a cracking fight, not entirely sure on this one. Edmonds looked good the other night but Davies is a real banger. I'd slightly favour Edmonds if he can stay out of the way. Sorry Neil. Its very close to 50-50.

Nope, you would be entitled to be in the corner as a second. There were guys on my course who will be in the corner this weekend.

i've been in the gym with gary for the past few weeks looks a good bet to stop edmonds to be honest, the only way i can see edmonds winning is if he just jabs and moves for 12 rounds and wins a close fight on points.

    should be a ******* tho!

Davies has to set a really good pace. And stay on him. Edmonds defence is leaky.

cant see nothing but a gary davies win, you could say im being biased cos hes a good friend of mine but garys really found his feet now and after coming off the back of a very impressive win over former british champ martin power, i really fancy him.

Edmonds is quick but he doesnt possess any real power in his punches (only 2KOs to date) i think he will struggle to keep gary at bay.

garys pro record is deceiving (for the wrong reasons), youve got to understand that one of his losses and the draw on his record were from fights where he has had to step up in weight just to get some fight time in. As a natural super bantamweight who has no problem getting down to bantamweight, moving up in weight is not a good thing for him & i think he realises that now.

edmonds went the distance with a lad called badu, this is a guy who gary has beaten twice, both by way of stoppage (2nd & 5th round). i know previous form counts for nothing once you square off against eachother in the ring, it just gives you an insight into the power gary possesses.

    come on gary lad!!

Hoping to go & watch it with a few lads from my way. Edmonds is quick & sharp & I'm hoping for the points win. It will be a good night whatever happens & I have'nt been to the York Hall since my mate D. Dunnion fought there & that was yrs ago......
