Reading my post back that question may have seemed a bit random but I recall you saying in another of my threads that you were a pro boxer hoping to make a big impact at a weight just above SMW.

Just as well I didn't ask you what it was like being trained by Richie Woodhall!

He's had some good nights. He'd give Ali Nuumbembe, Kevin Anderson et al a good fights, so I think **** is a bit harsh. The only reason he isnt fighting these guys (imo) is he's making far too much cash fighting on the undercards in vegas.

Lots of average fighters would give them a good fight because they are at the point of their career where i dont think they will move on from, certainly none of them world class. But not one average fighter would beat them certainly not Matthew Hatton who is to be blunt ****.

He's good enough for British title level, so I think **** is a bit harsh. He's had a career in his brothers shadow, which has been unfortuanate, but it doesnt seem to bother him too much. Mathew is a nice lad, funny and a hard worker in camp (I understand). His performance on the Collazo (or was it Urango? ?) undercard was superb. World class - no. A damned shame he didnt get a shot against Gatti when it was mooted though, he couldve secured a big fight had he been the one to beat the old warrior.

That would of been a bad day in boxing if Matthew Hatton were to beat Arturo Gatti, very BAD. On another note being in his brothers shadow has only helped, look at the opportunities this guy is getting, for such a mediocre fighter who has been matched very very very carefully, he is doing well out of the hardest sport of all, so fair play to him, But he is still ****.

A ****ing weird move, thats for sure.

It would have made some sense if it had have been an expansive post, with lots of intelligent pointers, but to bump a two year old thread to basically just say "Matthew Hatton is a ****" is not ****ing normal.
