Matthew Hilton - How good (and hyped?) was he?

Hilton vs Jackson goes to whoever lands first .
Who did Canelo ever beat at Jr.middle? Thought Lara beat him .

 

That makes two of us, I thought Lara beat him as well.

Hilton was a bigger puncher than Canelo, but skillwise Canelo has certainly shown more dimensions. And hate to admit it but, Canelo has shown he has one helluva chin.

I think Canelo busts Hilton's eye up with sharp counters much the way Dewitt did.

This is probably the ONLY time you'll find me defending Canelo.

I'd agree with you that Hilton KO's Hurd. Hurd is too hittable for my liking.

 

By Dewitt Hilton was done. The Hines fight ruined him career wise and looking back I don't ever remember Hilton being knocked down .He had a great chin .
My problem with Canelo is I don't think he can box for 15 rounds against Hilton .Sure he has more dimensions skill wise but power is Hilton all day.
