I'd be surprised if Lemieux fought Macklin next. Macklin would be a huge favorite and I can't see Lemieux facing another top guy right away.

Nice. Macklin didn't seem affected by the Maravilla loss it seemed to fuel him even more. He showed he isn't just an easy target to hit Macklin showed some nice boxing skills vs Maravilla. I think tho Lemieux might be the superior puncher, might even floor Macklin, Macklin has too much heart and has enough power to keep David humble. The Knife's hand speed and combination punching will give Lemieux problems and if it leads to the trenches that Macklins bread and butter he might even get a stoppage of Lemieux. Macklin really did beat Sturm before Geale did he has the heart of a champ and should of been a solid champ. Win or lose he'd give anyone a tough fight, but I still think Macklin can still produce an upset over a big name. A Geale-Macklin fight would of been nice.

    Stop spreading Macklin rumors...

Depends on the money. Another chance like that might not come fast if he loses again against a journeyman like Alcine.
