How does Peterson have a glass jaw, he's more a guy who can get hurt and goes down but recovers quickly. If Matthysse is going to win by KO has to be in the opening rounds unless he wears Peterson out, ala Jones-Lebedev last night

Damn right. PEDerson could be more roided up than Arnold was back in the 70s and it won't protect his shaky whiskers.

Look for this doper to be out cold on the canvas by the mid to late rounds. Could happen earlier.

 

Are you forgetting that the fight is at 141lbs so Lamont can keep his belt even if he loses. Use PEDs keep title, catchweight keep title, undeserved draw and win with Ortiz and Khan. Lamont is as protected a fighter as here is.

uh.. Peterson was perfectly fine with defending his title. it was Matthysse who requested it to be at 141 so he wouldn't have to put his interim belt on the line.. don't try to flip it.

 

It's a catchweight that's why PEDerson was 141 at the weigh in, Lucas was 140.

Lucas has the WBC Interm belt and is Garcia's mandatory so if he fought for the IBF title and won it then he wouldn't be Garcia's mandatory anymore since he's a Champion in another Org. Im not sure who asked for the catchweight but Lucas may have been okay with it since it helps ensure Garcia can't duck him after this fight. Either way its still very convenient for PEDerson.

Yeah i was clarifying the entire scenario.

 

That's because he doesn't want to get dropped from being Garcia's WBC mandatory if he were to become the IBF Champ. His idea is to win tonight and still have a mandated shot at Danny. And Danny had better fight the ****in winner of tonight's fight unless he's stepping up to get his ass whooped by Floyd. Tonight is 50/50 -- Lucas KO's Garcia.
