Matthysse: "I'm gonna take the title back".

In local news, Matthysse told that when he went back to Junin, his birthplace in Argentina, he felt "lonely".
"When i went back to Junin i felt lonely. All my team was gone...I didn't see anyone of them...it really hurt".
This made him think about a premature retirement.
"But i'm gonna start over for my daughter", he said.
"When i came here and the people that i trained and lived with was gone, i felt really bad and i published that thing about the retirement".

He also said that he will be back in the ring "between april and may".

About Maidana's win over Broner: "I knew he was gonna beat him. Sincerely, it makes me glad and i think it's good for boxing, for him and for his career. He already beated everyone, his breaking his back and he deserves it."

Also, we have rumours in Argentina about Robert Garcia, Maidana's trainer, turning into Matthysse's trainer as well. :happy

that eye didn't close on it's own. garcia took his best shots and wasn't phased. rematch will be easier for garcia.

    THIS.

And to the kids saying "garcia was reluctant to trade" I will translate:

Garcia was too smart to get beaten by Rocky Balboa.

    The end.

    Matthysse should join Garcia

Bull**** and there is video evidence. The eye didn't close from a punch or build up from punches. It was a swipe which caused his eye to swell up almost instantaneously...

    Can't deny it bitches.

u hold on to that. meanwhile....matthysse got his ass beat and dropped by danny while danny moves on to bigger and better things.

roberto garcia isn't a miracle worker. matthysse is a robot. the best they can do for him is to put him in front of stationary guys who don't know how to box or have poor defense.

*that's not a punch!??!!? looked like the right hand was perfectly placed and matthysse ran into it face first. you guys are pathetic.

that's a clenched fist inside that glove. matthysse lead with his head as he wound up that wide ass shot that didn't even land. again...his eye didn't swell on it's own. danny placed his glove/fist/punch on his eye. matthysse's own aggression did all the damage by running into danny's fist. i don't watch boxing...i study/teach it.

Haven't the Mat-Tards died off already?

I'm surprised there are still some of them left.

Still making these ******ed excuses as to why he lost.

Garcia BEAT him, get over it. You guys are almost as bad as Klittards.

Klittards: "It was Lewis' iron dreads, thumbing to the eye" :rofl

Mattards: "Garcia thumbed him in eye, opened flaps in Matthyse's eyelid" :rofl

Matthysse needs to get his ass to Oxnard or go see Abel Sanchez ASAP, as for the Garcia fight it was close, the KD won it for Garcia in the end. Had the ref been stronger Matthysse prob would have got the nod.
He definately deserves a rematch as it was no boxing lesson as some will have you believe, it was highly competitive, close fight.

the action on danny's right arm, if you watch it closely, was stationary.

he kind of was waiting to defend a left hook or a right. at the last minute, he decided, mathysse was throwing a right and reacted by defending it.

garcia was on defense mode, not punching mode.

if he was punching, the video didnt show the motion on his right arm or shoulder.

look at the motion on danny's left arm. that was the punch, after his block/parry with his right.

Matthyse would be better off getting Floyd Mayweather, Sr and learning some fking defense.

Imagine him as a real boxer-puncher, he'd be way better than he is now.

Robert Garcia is overrated and can't teach advanced boxing technique.

The only reason why he is even being mentioned anymore is because of his younger bro (Who is a prodigy) and Nonito.
