Matthysse deserves a rematch?

I think so.

It was a close fight and Matthysse was winning until he got one eye.

maybe not now, after Matthysse have 2 good wins.

 

I would love to see this fight again with an unbiased ref.

 

well thruth is, if u take away that bull**** knockdown in the 11, matthysse would actually have won the fight

 

I think he definitely deserves a rematch, I think the fight was swinging in Lucas' favour before the unfortunate injury occured.

 

to be honest. I think the knockdown was illegal.

 

A solid argument can be made for Mathysse deserving a rematch, but it won't happen. Danny will move up to WW, and Mathysse will keep his reputation intact for the great fight he had against the champ.

Hopefully he learns from this fight also, because I though he slightly underperformed.

To look pathetically one-dimensional like he did yesterday? Sure he deserves it.

 

before the eye swelling lucas was making danny hit all air. only when he couldnt see the left anymore did danny have success. Only after danny bolo punched his nuts like 10 times and headbutted his eye closed did he start to land cleanly...and even then lucas was still bringing some heat and keeping it close.

Yes, even tho I thought Garcia was mostly dominant.

Youbcan begrudge Garcia the win which he got fairly. Both men deserve credit for a great fight. Would love to see a rematch one of these days.

 

It would be a shame to get his ass tapped again by Garcia. I doubt he wants a rematch.
