If Matthysse loses in humiliating fashion, Khan is a good fight for him but anything other than that though and Khan just isn't a credible opponent. You can't go from a war with Diaz to being a challenge to Matthysse.

Matthysse would end Khan's career if they fought next. Khan should do anything he can to avoid it.

Khan probably isn't interested as he already has a win over a big punching, feared Argentine. Seem to remember he nearly KO'd him in the 1st as well.

This sounds like reverse psychology from Matthysse. He has seen how big a Diva Khan is and knows full well that Khan would rather cut off one of his balls than face the Argentinian in the ring. Make no mistake that he Matthysse would jump at the chance of fighting Khan. He just does not want to give Khan the satisfaction of playing the big shot.
