I second that. Maybe he is just that good. He stuck to the game plan of attacking the body and arms and then started late with the head shots. Zab felt those hard shots to the body and will possibly being urinating blood for a while unfortunately.

If he got schooled then it was at clown school because that was not a good showing on Zab's part. I was more impressed with Matthyse who pulled off an unusually disciplined and successful game plan. Zab had his moments, but not enough of them. Only his jab made the fight remotely close.

Matthysse won and it wasn't even close. I had it 117-110 Matthysse.

Lol. "Judah is lock for HOF now! The Lucas he fought woud've beat anyone at 140!"

Right. He should've let his hands go much sooner especially since Zab wasn't trying to anyways.

Lucas should have done more early..... If he would have done more early, he probably would have had Judah wiltering earlier as well. I said early on he was fighting the type of fight to beat Judah convincingly... and he didnt.

I haven't seen the fight yet. And I've only seen Matthysse against Vivian Harris. But how does Matthysse stack up in comparison with the rest of the 140lb division?

I really don't have too much of a problem with the score cards....I voted draw but probably felt Mathysse should have got the nodd by 1 point. Still it was a very fustrating fight cause it seemed like both fighters (especially Zab) could have taken the fight to a higher level if they just weren't soo cautious. I mean **** if Zab had just tried to initiate some of the action he probably could have faired much better...I don't think that was a very good performance by him. I htink he was seriously gun shy as a result of Mathysse's power, which was quite impressive....so in that respects you could argue that he fought a smart fight...cause he was clearly having trouble staying on his feet by the end.

after what he "showed"?? matthyse sucks man, he's slow as hell, has NO defense what so ever and can get timed easier probably then any fighter in the division. he definitely won no doubt, but he can forget about challenging the likes of alexander, bradly, khan, or maidana. they would all outclass him, except for maidana he'd just flat out knock him through the canvas.

The fight was close I want to say he was robbed but I can't... I had Lucas Winning had the judges given it to him by a wider margin I would have been pissed. I doubt Judah wants more Lucas...

the fight proved one thing. Zab is finished as a contender.

The book is out on him. Box him cautiously for the first four rounds and then wait for him to tire.

his punches after round six looked substantially less potent.

So you think he shouldn't get a chance to fight any of them? Maybe he should retire?

    How quickly we forget that:

Alexander got timed pretty easily by Kotelnik. Lucky for him Kotelnik doesn't punch hard.
Maidana barely beat Corley(who is beyond shot). He was badly gassed in the last 3-4 rounds and if he had a live body in front of him he would have been knocked out.
