If this were a different country, maybe. It's a little tougher (but still doable) to manipulate the U.S. legal system than it is the legal system of another country. Guerrero might well be stopped from fighting. It'd be pretty bad publicity if this were like a Trinidad-Mayorga situation (I think Mayorga got arrested by the Nicaraguan government some months before the Trinidad fight on **** charges but slipped out; heads would have rolled if the same think happened in the US to enable Tyson to fight Holyfield back in the day.) Also, Matthysse would do better than Robert. Barring major overnight in-ring aging from Floyd, neither wins, but Matthysse would give a better account of himself for sure.
