Matthysse vs Postol 140 Next?!

Matthyse beats Postol. Hopefully we'll see a Matthyse vs Crawford figth in the near future.

 

I think Postol is underrated because of his un-exciting style, a style that's been dominating the HW scene for over a decade.

 

Nice fight. Postol is a good boxer, very tall, has a solid jab, can move and mix it up pretty well, he's stiff as a robot though and despite the brutal ko over Aydin, not much of a puncher.

He would've matched up better with Danny than Lucas imo. He'll have to go through hell if he can't find way to get Matthysse's respect.

In this day and age it is a tragedy that Matthysse hasn't picked up a proper title of some sort. Although belts mean **** all and Lucas being one of the best without ever holding one proves that, he deserves atleast one moment in his career where can call himself a real champion before it's too late.

 

I thought it was Lucas-Crawford next?

 

Postol doesn't deserve the shot, he took step aside money when Roc Nation were going to win a purse bid and force Garcia to vacate.

Should be Matthysse v Iman.

 

Garcia looks like he's being kept away even though the fans are interested in a rematch, Crawford has the WBO, they're his only options for a belt. Postol is mandatory isn't he to Garcia's belt?

Pick em in a rematch.

Matthysse led comfortably at the halfway point. The script was the same as with Garcia, actually. Without the facial damage neither of those is a loss.
