Okolie got such a wide decision because he is promoted by Femi, and Femi is the golden egg of Matchroom

On the evidence of the Chamberlain fight which was another smelly hugfest, Okolie didnt deserve a shot at the British title and wasnt ready to appear on another high profile PPV.

Now Okolie's name is mud and he will struggle to draw flies to a dung heap after those two con jobs.

Askin won the fight and Okolie should have been DQ, so it was a double robbery from the referee and the judges.

Askin can still go on from here, because everyone knows that L is really a W for him as he was cheated. Okolie is screwed.

 

No I didn't, but at no point would I put the blame on Askin.

 

Don't like Okolie, but when your opponent has been deducted 3 points and your Corner is telling you that a KO is needed at the start of the 12th, you're not winning the fight.

Okolie is truly awful to watch.....

But the fact this fight was fought for 12 rounds in the awful Okolie style, should tell you that it was he who was controlling rounds.

Askin barely threw a punch for the first 6 rounds. If you're saying that askin was up by round 6 then you are lying to yourself.

They were both trying to out muscle each other but Okolie was clearly physically stronger, neither boxer wanted to take a step back. Both guilty of holding. Don't cry because Askin wasn't strong enough.

Okolie using his head and shoulder is another matter and he needs to stop.
