    I believe Provodnikov is the harder hitter too. Also, he's the more durable fighter of the two. I can't see Matthysse going toe-to-toe with this beast and surviving. He'll get knocked out or worn-down for sure. He'll need to be the boxer in this fight. I favor Provodnikov, but hell, anything can happen.

    i remember how alvarado was hitting him flush and ruslan never even got put of let alone hurt

    remember alvardo hits hard and he comes in at 165 the fact ruslan was never even bothered with alavardo shots says a lot

    one of the biggest shots alvardo landed was in the 9th round 48 secs and ruslan just nodded and just came forward the guys chin is iron

    the fact he has never been hurt in all his pro fights and ams says a lot

    Watch the fifth round against Bradley to see ruslan hurt from a body shot even the Hbo announcers talked about it.

    Psssh..what does Matthysse do best? :huh


    Corley vs ruslan = no body shot knockdowns and no knockout the contest ended in UD

    Matthysse vs corley = 9 body shot knockdowns and the fight ended in a knockout

    I like both fighters and do not want either one to lose the fight, but Matthysse has a much better defense than Provodnikov, they both his hard, but Matthysse has shorter punches. I hate to see this fight, but I expect Matthysse to win with his boxing skills..................

    Garcia hits harder than Provo. Lucas gonna knock ruslan TFO with a nasty left hook. When Ruslan gets in exchanges with his hook he puts his chin on a platter. If bradley had 5/10 power he'd have knock provo out.
