I'd like to see these two face eachother for the vacant WBO strap. I think they both deserve it. Who wins this battle?
If I were Lucas I would not fight him. There is nothing but bleeding hearts out there for Herrera and his no power pitty pat style that people will call "out boxing" someone. He'll probably barely out land Lucas and somehow people will think he deserves the nod when he's got barely anything on his punches, as if his punches are worth anything near Lucas's. Then they'll cry robbery when he doesn't get the nod. It spells nothing but all bad for our sport as the commentator's will be saying how corrupt our sport is and all that, I hope this fight never happens.
I think Herrera would win a close match but I voted Matthysse by SD because that's how it would go down.
i would give it to herrera UD or SD. it's so dam hard to hit the guy says timothy bradley in sparing.
Matthysse isn't going to be backed up by those little nothing-punches, much as I like and respect Herrera. Might work against dudes with glass nutz, but Matthysse will walk right through it and end him.
