Steve Grey in to help the Leeds man by shouting hold when any Lara punches land
Must be enjoying not being surrounded by racist, homophobic bigots who still think they are living in the 17th century.
I guarantee you won't see the Leeds fans causing havoc in Leeds tonight like the racist mob in Glasgow.
Lara is technically terrible but he can punch very hard.
Bit more patience and more boxing from Warrington, 10-9.
Warrington starts tight behind a good jab whilst Lara throws some wild shots. A strong one two looks good and momentarily shakes Lara’s front leg, but the Mexican answers with a good right. Warrington pushes him to the ropes and lands a few. Warrington winning the exchanges for the rest of the round, but good start to the bout.
Was clear as day from the first fight, technically awful but can bang.
Warrington wins first round but signs that a war could break out soon
Thought he wobbled Warrington at one point
Round 1: 10-9 Warrington
This will be like Groves vs Eubank, with Lara being Eubank imo.
Warrington looks a bit sluggish though at times, wonder if he's tight at the weight these days been at it for his career basically.
Not the tactics I expected Warrington to employ and they’re going to cause him real problems as this goes on. Even if he has got shades of Okolie and trying to hug at every opportunity to smother work.
Warrington won the first round but looks tense to me, I can see the nervous energy catching up with him and him getting stopped again here.
I’m sure he’s delighted he doesn’t have to coach the convicted racist bigot Leigh Griffiths who is somehow still employed and paid thousands a week by your club despite two separate racist offences.
His instincts are to trade but then has to realise he won’t get away with it.
Warrington might get knocked out here with these near misses from lara
