Bulik won this round clearly, but he's breathing heavily and it seems like he will gas. Still, he's very athletic and clever. It's a shame his boxing fundamentals are rather poor.

Bulik was genuinely quite hurt, but terrible stoppage. You should be allowed to lose your legs a bit without being stopped. It was a genuinely good fight, and Hatton had a chance to get a legitimate stoppage in a close one. Weak.

Is Ricky seriously gonna ever let Campbell fight an actual opponent? I hope not.

 

He started in four rounders, then six, now he's fighting in eight rounders. I imagine he'll move to ten and then start fighting "actual opponents". To be honest though, I'd say this opponent was quite legitimate for someone at Hatton's level. You have to remember that he had a very short amateur career and is a legitimate case of "learning on the job".

 

He is not good.
