    yea same page alright.
Bring out some statistic and facts to support your arguement. Don't just bash others opinions without detail support.

I think he can...at least in terms of talent and skill level. There are maybe four or five guys that I've seen that possessed just otherworldly talent. Mayweather is one of them. The others were Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Roy Jones and maybe Sugar Ray Leonard.

Doesnt even warrent a response! Any1 that doesnt regard Sugar Ray Robinson as the greatest ever boxer simply knows **** all about boxing. Under your logic Lucian Bute, Timothy Bradley and JuanMa are all better than Ali and Robinson as they have never lost.

    Blocked!!

He was better in every single intangible area that you neglected to mention. Heart, guts, brains, determination... Mayweather is clearly a very well-schooled fighter, but he's never been in a position where he was the underdog. By comparison, I can name five Ali fights where people thought he had no chance. I can't come up with one for Floyd. That definitely says something about his level of opposition.

put it like this lukeo. When ali was fighting, he wasn't dominating to a point where he is always the favorite among all the heavies. But for Floyd and Pac people can't even see many that can upset them from a 154lbs and down. 126-154 lot of fighters have little chance in beating mayweather. should tell you how good he is.

He was competing in the golden era of heavyweight boxing! You do realise that? Guys like Liston, Frashier Foreman, are all legendary fighters.

You're actually claiming that Mayweather could have beaten Calzaghe if they fought??? Pound for pound, Mayweather may be greater than Joe, but head to head??? Please stop doing this to yourself. In 5 years from now you may know a lot more about boxing and regret posting dumb **** like this. Mark Twain once said, "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." Got that??? :deal

You're totally forgetting Cassius Clay. He was the most skilled thing anyone had ever seen at that point.

    oh he doesn't?

castillo cleaned house at 135, beating casamayor, stevie johnson, corrales. Floyd fought him twice.

Oscar fought almost everyone who worth a damn.
Mosley fought almost everyone who is worth a damn.
hatton who was king at 140 for a while
Jmm who fought almost everyone who worth a damn
    Judah was undisputed
Corrales a dominate 130lber who was koing everyone

Now a shane mosley can't be compare to a ken norton?
a oscar can't compare to a george foreman?

You do know that ali got his ass whooped badly against holmes right?
ali lost to a lot of the great heavies that he fought. when did floyd lose to the greats of his division?
