you must be new to boxing, and easily influenced by Floyd's rants and interviews....

the answer is no ... no way in hell... there are more than 20-30 fighters with a higher ATG status than Mayweather

You just don't know **** about boxing, so please stop posting. Robinson first retired at the age of 32 with a ridiculous record of 131 wins 3 losses. That was his prime. He came back later and lost the rest of his fights when he had faded.

P.S. The only unavenged loss of his early "prime" career was to light heavyweight champion Joey Maxim when Sugar Ray, a natural welterweight, collapsed under the 105 degree heat in a fight he was clearly winning. The refree had also collapsed and had to be replaced earlier in the fight. Like I said, dumbass, don't post if you don't know your elbow from your ass.

You do know that Ali was wayyyy past his prime when he faught Holmes right?
When did Floyd lose to the greats of his division? How many people can you seriously consider great that floyd faught?
Oscar, Mosley, Hatton, JMM, Judah, Castillo, Corrales seriously do not compare to Norton, Frazier, Liston, Floyd Patterson, Lyle Shavers, and Foreman.
Ask yourself this, how many good fighters in floyds division DIDNT he face. Then ask yourself how many good fighters DIDNT floyd face, and see which one looks better.
Better resume? You couldnt pick a category where Ali beats Floyd much worse then resume

lol , you are fcking stupid... you like to ignore the fact that the prime fighters PBF fought were either never really that good (Judah, Hatton, Corrales) or well past their prime (Mosley,DLH), or even jumping up 2 weight classes (JMM) ... Castillo was a prime fighter who was great, and Mayweather lost the 1st fight in many peoples eyes...

so way past prime is doesn't count? maybe ali shouldn't get credi for both liston wins then. and bull**** that oscar, shane, hatton, jmm, judah, castillo, corrales CAN'T be compared to norton. Norton is THAT DAMN GOOD. LYle Savers isn't that damn good *******.

Castillo beat everyone worth a damn at 135 can't compare, what an *******. Corrales beat casamayor and castillo which put him very close to castillo. Shane beat a lot of big names and so did oscar so that covers foreman, and norton and floyd patterson.

Hell holmes can be considered as the all time best heavyweight if you ask me.

Everyone here is clearly higher than PBF in ATG Status... I would like to see your educated argument to prove PBF's resume/achievements greater than anyone here.... I even left out some of the old timers, knowing that you probably never even heard of any of them.

prime Jones/Hopkins vs prime DLH/Mosley ... is there a better example of sarcasm?
... no matter how you stretch the argument you cannot find a single one for defending
their primes when they were fighting calzaghe and Mayweather respectively ...
it jut proves that both Calzaghes's and Floyd's claim for being at the level of Ali
are weak, and if you compare their weak achievements Joe's seems to be even better !

I put robinson and leonard for sure. jack dempsey, moore, tyson, foreman, hagler, hearns, holyfield, duran are close. even for pac. The rest doesn't have the resume over floyd.
