    Maybe closer than it looks on paper?

    Max has the reach, power and chin .
    Ruiz has the handspeed , tight counters and better fundamentals.

    For me , it depends whenever Max takes it seriously or play's around , but if this is the schmeling fight version then it's Baer ko Ruiz.
