http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=lEgKrpM0I9U#! for you true classic guys this should be a real treat. Probably came from a news reel back in the day. He shows some boxing tricks while clowning around a little very enjoyable :bbb:bbb:bbb:rofl:rofl:rofl
It cracks me up, in ciderella man max baer is portrayed as this murderer and scary man a real villan (He did kill a man in the ring) but you see him clowning around here like this its great to see the true max baer, or at least another side of him, unfortunately all his clowning around stunted his potential...what a puncher this guy was.
To watch Max Baer portrayed as a villain in "Cinderella Man" ,the story of James Braddock, made we want to leave the movie theatre. Baer at heart was a fun loving gentle man outside the ring with a jovial personality second to none. I recall so vividly the night in 1959 when Baer leaped over the ropes to be introduced before a boxing main event on tv. He looked the picture of health I thought to myself...A couple of weeks later, Baer suffered a fatal heart attack...Go figure !. My favorite boxing film is "The prizefighter and The Lady",with Max Baer and Myrna Loy...Baer even danced in the film. Check it out. It had, Dempsey, Carnera, Mex Joe Rivers, Willard, Jim Jeffries, etc in the film...
SP, Google- Max Baer in" The Prizefighter and the Lady" and scroll 3 down. You will see 8 minutes of Max Baer dancing with a bunch of chicks. You'll like it.:good
This was poated here a few years ago. It was great to see than, and it's great to see now. Thank you for reposting this fun and intresting clip.

Opie made me want to puke with that shitty movie of his..interestingly enough, Baer gets his proper treatment in that wonderful book by Jeremy Schaap...also called Cinderella Man.
