I see a brutal give and take. I think Baer's power in the modern era isn't quite so impressive and that against better fundamentally trained boxers he doesn't get away with winding up the home run swings or any of his other shananigans. Tua floors him and perhaps finishes him but more likely a battered Baer makes it to a well deserved losing decision.
