Dubois is the superior technician, but Baer was very explosive, unpredictable and quite durable (though unproven against men the size of Dubois). Dubois is also durable, but still very hittable himself and not impervious to being hurt. How does this one go?
Yup. No amount of old timers nostalgia will change this. Dubois would have a field day with Baer’s utter lack of defense, and even more non-existent (if that’s even possible) jab.
Well I agree Dubois has a lot of room for growth at only 27. Unfortunately he’s already far surpassed Baer’s best.
Dubois, better fundamentals, probably hits harder, is stronger, the only thing Baer has is speed, which I don’t think will be enough combined with his limited skill.
