I think the Klitschko's work rate and counters, would see him take a clear cut decision. Baer would have his moments, but he would not be able to put Klitschko away, or land enough to take the decision.
Either one of them beats a tattoo into Baer's visage and makes him unrecognisable. Vits is too awkward and tough for Baer to do anything to and Wlad is simply too cautious and good a boxer. Ol' Maxie would need to borrow a face for a few weeks.
Your problems here are threefold. 1 ) You do not understand what you are watching on film. If you did, you'd be able to explain your reasoning better. 2 ) You have likely not seen many films on Max Bear. I'll save you some time, he had little fire outside of two fights, limited defense, no concept of the jab, and was often lazy in the ring. Max was mostly a one trick pony with the right hand. Well, Baer also had a decent backhand, too bad that is an illegal punch. Many smaller boxers defeated Baer on points. Not 1 or 2, but many. Red flag! Vitali has an easy night! 3 ) You're built in bias prevents you from learning. Baer's puncher's chance if he were to land a good one late is diminished as Vitali had a very good chin.
what have and havent I seen on film? what have and havent I seen? your problem appears to that you assume what I have and havent seen, quite clearly. Another Mendoza fcukup there that ruins any argument you were attempting to advance based on presumption. vitalis chin never went up against that kind of power for 12 rounds.
B...bu...but Vitali has NEVER faced that kind of power! Not for 12 rounds! http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Vitali_Klitschko_vs._Shannon_Briggs It ... couldn't have been all that bad, surely? http://theboxingtribune.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/shannon-briggs-in-hospital-2.jpg Oh ... dear ...
shannon briggs, thats your case for vitali vs Max Baer? u serious? u gonna use that one in tko6 as well?
