Holloway shoutout to Lomachenko. Said he's been watching a lot of him.

Yeah, Aldo would have handled Holloway fairly easy a couple years ago.

I think he should retire, he's a shell of his former self and it'll all go steadily downhill from here.

It would have always been a very rough matchup but this clearly was a physically and tactically diminished version of Aldo.

Take nothing away from Holloway, he's a great fighter.

yeah. He might be top 5 after this still assuming it hasn't taken everything out of him. But what's the point? Maybe a swansong in Brazil. But what's the point of carrying on?

The sucking off of Ngannou from Rogan is pathetic. How can anyone stomach this? Pathetic.

Following company orders no doubt. Ngannou is clearly the guy WME is banking on being their next big cash cow.

When you are gassing in the first round, even though you coasted, you may fight a dumb fight.

Noticeable on social media, and in MMA forums, the same jokers that liberally slob down Oezdemir, are hating on Ngannou.

Nowadays Rogan is such a tool man. Company man who will sell his soul

I'm not convinced in either... Less so of Oezemir tbh, though OSP got the better of him.

That bad cardio killed whatever is left of his career. Holloway isn't even KO'ing him. It's more Aldo being exhausted.

Yeah, I thought OSP did as well. I can understand, it's hard to see what someone has when they are KOing everyone, but that's why they fight the fights. He's KO'ing everybody, and has some highlight reel KO's, so it's natural that a hype would start building. He seemed to easily shrug off Overeems throw and trip attempt when Overeem rushed him. He's definitely strong. If Stipe has good wrestling, he might want to try a shot or two, to test that sprawl out. Has he got hit flush yet? Can he take a shot? He's also still a bit green with his striking. That initial right hand that he attempted was more of a flail, than a properly thrown punch. I don't see why some are hating and complaining about him getting a title shot. It will be two power punching mother ****ers, whose bread and butter is throwing hands with power. What else could they ask for. Will be a bar room brawl where someone is getting KO'd.

N'Gannou was incredible imo. Just ran through Reem like a knife through butter.

I'm not convinced Aldo ever beats Holloway neither. Declined version yes, and had patches of success but Holloway is fighting so confident right now its hard imagining him losing to Jose imo.

Cejudo won in routine fashion as I expected him to.

Fight of the night was definitely Alvarez for me, what a turnaround that knee was. Quite fight.

My alarm went off at 3am but I fell asleep during the WMMA fight so missed the card.
