Max Holloway vs. José Aldo II & Alistair Overeem vs. Francis N'Gannou RBR

How does Overeem have the better IQ? He's fought some of the dumbest fights in MMA history, not indicative of someone with a high cage IQ. Ngannou must be a dummy if Overeem has the better ring smarts lol. Whoever lands the first big shot wins.

 

Interesting to see some of the same people hyping Oezdemir, saying that Ngannou is overhyped.

 

It's hard for me to pick Aldo, due to that horrible gas tank. He's the better fighter while they are both fresh, but that two round tank, ain't cutting it. Holloway doesn't allow him to coast like Edgar did in their last fight. Unless a miracle occurs and they've found the code to unlock the other three rounds of Aldo's gas tank, Holloway will probably take it again, unless Aldo is able to KO him inside of two, or do some serious damage with his boxing and kicks early on.

 

What gets me is how they acted like his win over Arlovski was this INCREDIBLE accomplishment that put him on the MMA map. Lol Stipe cracked Arlovski out just as easy. And he took out Alistair in one also.

THEY are desperately trying to push Ngannou and it’s actually getting ridiculous. The ‘WORLDS MOST POWERFUL PUNCHER title off a machine in the UFC institute that THEY no doubt calibrated beforehand If Roy Nelson or Hunt threw a shot into that thing from the other side of the room they’d get a higher score FFS. Lol

Winner gets shot at Stipe apparently.

He's beaten the people put in front of him just like Oezdemir. Of course the UFC will start the hype, they are desperate for their next star. Star power in UFC is waning, as is the talent in my opinion. Too many shows, and guys getting older or retiring has started to take it's toll. Not enough top quality new talent is coming in to keep the pace.

 

Bingo. With how much the UFC is marketing this guy if someone didn't know any better they'd think he was the champion not Stipe.
