I don't think either man had a perfect camp...

They're both old and their bodies no longer can repair & recover how they used to.

As far as the age having an impact on how they perform in the ring...it's very clear that both men arn't what they were 5 years ago. 2011 onwards the downwards spiral of them both is very clear and visible.

It's still a great fight though. Floyd has abit more of a size advantage than he would have a few years ago but it's hardly game changing...if anything it might even be a disadvantage.

 

Is it really? How about we just wait and see first. If after the fight the ref has had a stinker (legitimately not just in the eyes of the fanboys) I'll be the first to complain.

Off the top of my head Cortez in the Hatton fight and Bayless in Maidana II had slightly less than stellar nights in Floyds favour and in neither case do I think a different ref would have changed the rsult.

I can't recall Floyd getting any gift decisions from judges. His closest fights have prob been Castillo, DLH and Maidana I, all of which at absolute worst you could say went either way, hardly robberies. In contrast only being awarded a MD vs Canelo?

Like I said lets just wait and see instead of crying robbery now so we can try and massage our own egos and deflect from what happened in the ring in the aftermath of the fight.

 

:good Castillo I is the only one with any real controversy. The rest are built up to be closer than they were. The same guy who defends Margarito because he doesn't feel there is sufficient proof he cheated claims Floyd pays the judges without a shred of evidence.

you can say that floyd's body language in the lead up to the fight is indicative of how the fight will go or he just truly matured and felt there is no need to play villain in the biggest fight of his career.

one thing is for sure though, if he loses, his legacy will be shredded.

Easy night for Floyd ,this fight will look like the JMM fight that Mayweather fought ..easy money.

 

I heard the original sparring partners were too strong so they had to bring new ones for Pacquiao.
