Kellerman is biased as hell when it comes to JMM and I disregard everything he says that involves him.

He said Erik Morales ducked him when anyone whos actually been watching through out JMM's career knows, it was JMM who ducked Morales and not otherwise.

:patsch Juan Manuel Marquez never ducked anybody. Nacho was responsible for some management decisions, and none were worse than taking the Chris John fight rather than a rematch with Pacquiao. I don't hold Marquez responsible for ducking anybody, he would fight Lennox Lewis if he had too.

I disagree. I am a hardcore Barrera fan, and he is my favourite fighter of all time, but I couldn't make a case for him winning it, he was beaten to the punch in nearly every round. Close fight though, and had the knockdown been scored than I suppose a draw could have been possible.

That is the problem with opinion. It is subjective. A glass half filled or half full. Depends on how you look at it!

Clearly, if you insist that JMM is the clear winner be my guest! Like I said, it's an opinion.

I believe that the bottom line of every boxer is his achievements. In other words who are the boxers he showed superior skills which RESULTED to "W's"
    Quality of boxers he defeated.

Look at Valero, yes, he is still undedeated but the list of boxers he defeated are mostly NOBODY's. That is why he is not even in the top 15 p4p today.

Now, what is the achievements or WINS of Marquez for DIvac or somebody to say he is the BEST in his weight category? Lets go to FACTS!

Yes, JMM won over Mab in head to head but look at the QUALITY of MAB's wins over JMM's. In fact, WHAT DOES JMM have if you take out MAB?!

Close to NOTHING! THAT's a fact! Unless you want to HYPE some of the boxers he defeated!?!

    SELFKILLL,

We have a problem if you look at some facts and put on opinion on it. There is a difference between FACTS and OPINION

Since when is 2 wins better than 1. You claim Morelas is better that PAC. That is why there is TRILOGY in boxing to find out who is better when the figher gets 1 win a piece. You very well know what happened in thier last fight!

The score now stands 2 vs 1 against morales that is a FACT not an opinion.
and in your OPINION Morales is still better?

Your twisting the OPINIONS from FACTS! THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!

If you can't distinguish the two. Then we have a problem here!

That's one persons' opinion. Can be as biased as anyone's.
"i have yet to see a fight in which JMM was beaten convincingly" would have been a more appropriate line.

The problems lies when one can not distinguish an opinion from facts!

God I hope that "*******" word goes away forever. I hate it.

I am a Pac fan and I had the first fight with Marquez a draw. I thought Marquez won the second one. The Chris John fight was bull**** and I thought he won. Him vs. Freddie was close but I gave the fight to Freddie.

 Wow, I've keep hearing this over the past several months.

Why is it that when rating JMM, you Pacquiao fans would rather dismiss his fights with Manny Pacquiao when ranking him?
Silvermags wants to go beyond that even, "take away JMM's win over MAB!":rofl

Is it that you Pacquiao fans would rather forget that Pacquiao fought him.
    Whats the deal here?

The facts are that JMM did fight Manny Pacquiao, and he did it twice.
Pacquiao's in JMM's resume whether you like it or not, and so we must rank JMM's achievements based on his resume, and how well he did in everyone of his fights!

Like it or not, JMM fought Manny Pacquiao twice!:deal :yep :bbb

I specifically did not put PAC coz he did not win against PAC! But he did get a lucky draw with PAC!

Now if you would like to add a DRAW as an ACHIEVEMENT so be it!

You might want to add that his biggest ACHIEVEMENT is a DRAW with PAC rather than his WIN with Mab. It's actually OK with me. :D

For me a DRAW is not actually a form of achievement if you are talking about the same weight category.

Now, if PAC's fight ends UP a draw with ODLH then I would call that an achievement due to OBVIOUS size and weight differrence. However, I'm fully aware that Pac getting a D is still far from REALITY. You see I'm not blind but as a pac fan I'm still hoping that he pulls a miracle upset

I'm actually flattered that you consider getting a DRAW with PAC as an achievement and worth mentioning. That's good! :good
