This argument is a very simple one, Arum wanted a winnable, yet appearing to be dangerous, opponent to showcase Manny at Dallas Stadium. It's rather clear to me that Arum wanted Dallas Stadium the ENTIRE time and that is why he was so willing to dismiss Floyd as an opponent.
