Max Kellerman superlatives..... Just when you start to warm to him he reminds you why you weren't a fan in the first place. Seriously, why does Kellerman constantly have to go over the top with the superlatives? I mean Donaire deserves a lot of credit dont get me wrong, but isn't it just fitting that Kellerman be the one to instantly draw comparisons with Floyd and Manny? Kellerman is the type of fan that gets on my nerves, he is akin to one of those fans that goes from one extreme to another based on individual performances.
He's just a talking head who can't decide whether he's a corporate pawn or a boxing fan. I actually feel bad for him sometimes
It's true. The guy just can't believe he's on TV. As soon as Montiel went down you could hear Kellerman's annoying voice "Floyd Mayweather, Maaaaanny Paaaaacquiaaaaow and Sergio Martinez..." Can't stand this douchebag.
I'm actually in the same boat as you mate. Just as I start to think he isn't so bad he starts off with his ridiculous hyperbole. Or maybe it's not hyperbole, and he actually believes it. I dont know, whatever it is, it's annoying.
Kellerman is so annoying and over the top with everything...he shouts everything he says...his all time worst moment was when Mosley stormed the ring after the Mayweather/Marquez fight...he completely botched the interview...instead of letting the two legends talk some trash to each other that the whole world would want to see...he pulls to the mic away and goes ALL RIGHT THATS IT!...interrupting all the time...Merchant was a lot better
Floyd made an ass of him to, yet he didn't take it personally, he was back on his nuts in no time at all.
At the start of the Alexander-Kotelnik fight he was annointing Alexander as the future P4P #1. His face at the end of the fight was worth watching
