I think that it would be a close fight TBH. What do you think?

I think it would be a close fight. Tubbs wasn’t an imposing puncher like Louis or Baer. Max was smart and crafty and Tony was rarely in good shape

You size queens!!! Max rids the ring of the tub of lard inside 6 rds. That fatass Tubbs to this day disgraces himself and Cincinnati with jis drug problems.

Tony had fast hands, good boxing skills and could go fifteen rounds. While it’s reasonable to favor schmeling, I don’t necessarily think that it HAS to be an easy fight..

If you get a prime, unpartied Tubbs, it wouldn't just be size, it would be the speed and mobility of Tubbs.

But that version of Tubbs was fleeting at best.

This. That Tubbs didn't live up to his potential doesn't invalidate that there was potential there, and that he could have troubled a lot of fighters on one of his better days.

I often wondered if Tubbs was at his pinnacle as a 10-15 fight prospect BEFORE he started showing up at dauntingly heavy weights..

Well he beat Greg Page, Fought Tim Witherspoon to a near standstill and made a young riddick Bowe look pedestrian at times.. Guy wasn’t a pushover.

Early in his career I saw pedrestrian Clarence Hill put him down and almost out in the first round. Then Hill pulled a Moseley and backed off. But he had Tubbs out. Watch it.

If they held a "Ring-Ding" eating contest.
What kind of troubled individual constantly comes up with "fantasy" fights involving Big Titty, snortaholic Tubbs?
    How bad IS your life?

Tubbs is the kind of fighter that can give most people problems, but who you probably don't pick over somebody who was a consistent performer at the same level.
